Its either me or some jubilee clips are of naff quality - I've gone through 2 in as many days - I tighten them up once and then after that they slip if you try to re-do them so they become useless!!!

Good job I had a spare.

rant over.

Bilky had the same prob my self. Now every jubbi on the Zed is"MIKALOR" full marine stainless ,that use bolts as apposed to worm drives. You can really gun these babys up with even all round pressure due to there unique design.

Where can you get these, is there an online retailer that sells them?

From my jet skiiing days I had to use s/s jubilee clips on everything......expensive but certainly were good.

Check out Skidz in the 200sx forum for Mikalors and for full stainless proper Jubiles, made by jubilee i sell. what ones you buy bilky ?

cheers

Smithy's stainless Jubiliee clips are OK, but I think the best are the OEM Nissan jobbies that are like two loops of wire and tightened by a nut & bolt. It's like having two separate seals.

Mikalor clips can be got from....http://WWW.HOSEDIRECTLTD.CO.UK..........telephone number....01302 746969........speak to Paul(the boss)or Ben who normally answers your call.Great firm and brill service,if you mention Vinz they will know what you want. They allso do a good range of Stainless Steel Overbraiding all at good prices. Hope this helps...Vinz
