TOTS.........Talk Of The South

Oh dear, we went there once, (my sister-in-law lives in southend)

I remember coming out of there and going down the sea front to get a taxi but all we saw were ageing bald men driving round and round in convertible BMW's with the tops down and it was the middle of winter.

he he

Ady

Southerners have found a way to seriously cut the calories in beer by adding 50% lemonade to it :D:D

Well actually ...... lager has approx 10 calories per fl. oz and lemonade/coke etc 15 - therefore a pint of lager would have approx 200 calories and a pint of shandy 250 calories !!!!

Ok my theory might have been flawed so heres another......

Southerners have found a way to greatly reduce the amount of calories in their beer by only being capable* of drinking a fraction of what a Northerner can sup.

* Drinking capability based on amount consumed before falling over, soiling yourself and verbally abusing the oik behind the counter at McDonalds :D

Paul

Tots is no more in southend, its called Talk now.

They spent 2 million on making it look like it had had a 50 quid overhaul :) sound system is ace though.
