speedo

A couple of weeks ago I had a Hicas/speedo/power steering fault that some of you helped me with ideas. Well it turns out that it is the Kmh to Mph converter that was causing it so I have removed it. I would prefer to replace it with a UK speedo than buy another converter, do you need to change the whole cluster or can you just change the speedo on these. And I know some of you have been trawling through the breakers recently so has anyone seen one?
