Apparently the rear suspention on a UK Z stiffens up when the car reaches a certain speed. The one click causes the solinoids to stiffen the suspention.

It does work. I only notice it when pulling away. The car hardly sits down then the hand brake is clicked up 1

I use this feature quite regularly. Especially useful if doing high speeds on dual C/W's where there are dips as you go over bridges - if you know what I mean. It just helps to stabilize the car faster and prevents you from catching the exhaust on the road as the car is on the downward journey of it's bounce.

tried on mine (UK) but the handbrake light comes on after pulling up to just one click

is there a response when you just press the handbrake release button cos nowt seems to happen or is it me being silly? :o

nah - you are expected to get out and bounce each side of the rear of the car to feel if it has stiffened up
