how do i remove the gauge assembly ?

help people ,

 

i have a set of photo luminescent orange dial fronts (e bay is great ) and i would like to fit them as soon as posible but cant figure out how to get at the gauges without breaking something .........has anybody done this and is there an idiots guide th this somewhere on the site ??
