Induction Kit (sort of)

Been playing in the Zed again today, and as fun as it is it is still missing a little something. Induction roar...

I know how to fix this (I've done a search thank you) and bounced around the traders sites. However this is on eBay...

Is it worth a look or should I assume that if I fit it then I will be rebuilding the engine next week? Not really that concerned currently about more BHP just a little more throaty.

Many thanks.

For £5.50 sure you can understand it ain't gonna have the same filtration as many other filters, you would how ever need an adapter plate to fit onto your maf to accept a 3inch necked cone, erm which i do, lol

if you want cheap, just take off the airbox all together and put a pair of tights over the intake!!!

i fitted a k&n to mine and it doesnt even roar it whistles though if i sit at a certain revs.

I don't think you'll ever get induction noise from a zed. You've got the turbos, intercoolers and about 6 miles of plumbing in the inlet tract to damp it

True, it did sound lovely at the RR day NA cars always do. Really miss that crazy howl I used to get when I was thrashing the 205 :(

Mine's quite rorty in an NA kind of way... I'm not at all sure why, but it is! (And I like it that way.)
