Oh I do hope that's true

If its true, Well done lads :D :D

Class. Just imagine his face....

I heard the same story in the uk where an alledged felan researched to find the registration number of his favourite crown court judge and put it on his own vehicle.

Probably Urban Myth I guess!

I reckon it' bull, but good bull.

You'd just make a plate with the same reg, not 'borrow' the one off the van.

I was thinking exactly the same but its nice to think its true anyway.

TBH I'm surprised more camera's aren't vandalised. I mean how hard would it be to go around armed with a black aerosol and spraying over the little lens?

You could do quite a few in a night........

I would never do anything like this.

Even if it's not true - great imagination!!!

I think all cameras that are obviously just synically possitioned for no other purpose than revenue collection. Should be destroyed. We should all exert or democratic right of protest and smash em on mass. I'm all for them in the right places. ie like out side schools and dangerous junctions. They should be properly sign posted like (camera 100m ahead etc) After all they where originally introduced because people were not heeding slow signs and accident black spot signs. It was supposedley for our safety.

a 'friend' of mine shot a local speed camera up with paint ball guns.

completely covered the lense with paint, so if anyone went through it the picture wouldnt have come out! :D :D :D

dunno bout australia but over here you need registration details to get a number plate made up so... but makes a good story either way!
