John, what make are they mate? I think the 6's are a colder plug.

(edit) it seems the higher the number the colder the rating. But as Andy says below not sure all manufacturers use the same coding.

Cheers Andy.

So is a "6" considered a "cold" plug? Or is there such a thing as a PFR5B-11C?

the higher the number the colder the plug, am running 8's on mine, but then there Greddys, HKS usually are 8's as well. Good prices on that site though.

I've had a quick chat with the guy at the above place. Denso 8's, iridium are £11.94. Only thing with 8's is if they don't get hot enough (to keep clean) they will foul up.

Hmmm, 7's maybe - middle of the road! BKR7EIX-11 £8.95 each.

Bit cheaper there. Ok, no longer on here as a trader but come on mods, don't delete it. If I had seen this first off..........Rob is a good guy!

Denso 8's are Ik24's

Denso 7's are IK22's.

I know HKS 8's don't run very well when cold.

The ZFR7F-11 is an NGK plug, closest match to PFR6B-11B for nose projection and work fine.

There is NO direct NGK colder replacement plug with the same projection as the -6B.
