Ok this has been available on here as far back as I can remember,No one ever uses it now and It needs sorting out!

The products that Tim sells are of very good quality so don't get confused with the general crap that is sometimes available. Here are a few pics with the old club logo,the new one can be added if there is enough interest.

Trev, the logo was not of my doing it was the old one that was used on the forum.

 

Stuart, There is no new logo! Just the one that Mike's mate designed, that's the one that's normally at the top of the page, but doesn't seem to be there at the moment. :rolleyes:

 

Anyone got any constructive comments? I'll leave this thread open until the end of the weekend then we'll see if there's enough interest to move things forward.

I think it looks quite good. Fleece IS a bit geeky, but the t-shirts would be OK, just with the logo a bit more 'discreet'. How geeky it all is depends on how much you go for and if you wear it all at once...

or if you go for the gas mask too. How much ARE the gas masks? Didn't see the logo on it anywhere

i think the badge design is ok , but just needs to be half the size and maybe black and blue, something subtle.

I would then go for the polo shirt and tee shirt with stripe.

I think I simple silver Z with in smaller letters http://www.300zx.co.uk underneath, or in a circle enclosing the Z would be nicer. Might look good on a black polo or rugby shirt?

I brought a geeky fleece and it was good quality and the Z on it isn't all bad.....

 

I also brought a polo t-shirt and that I wear often, mainly when I'm working on the Z for some strange reason.......:)

 

But I do agree that a new logo would be good, silver Z with the web address on the sleeve or something???? I dunno, everyone will want something different I guess.

No problem with getting a new logo drawn up, but please consider that there will be a charge from my suppliers to digitise and convert the new design, no I'm not being negative. I'd like to think the 'club' would subsidise these costs, hell you all got lovely free keyrings. Anyone got one yet btw?

Keyrings HAVE been bought, thanks and they are currently being "tooled" in Japan.

I agree, last time I posted about clothing I was shot down for them being too expensive and cheaper alternatives being available elsewhere. I can just imaging the comments if there was a quid extra on the first 50 orders to cover the cost (that's a ballpark figure btw).

 

This was the comment last time we opened this subject up...
