HICAS Removal - How Much, Any Idea's?

All,

 

I'm thinking (along with some others.....LOL) of ditching my HICAS......

 

What do I need and what is it going to cost me? I like the idea of the loss of weight from ditching it plus no more rear end turning! :)

 

Any help appreciated as always.

    unsure of labour cost

    the cars feels less twitchy but i do drive a f.w.d most of the time.
