Rigged up my Conzult today for a play , everything seems to be running fine although I have a question regarding the 02 sensor voltage, on tickover the left one is running at 0.82 volts and the right at 0.68 volts , so I rev the car to 2krpm and they both bob about lean rich, lean rich, as they should although left runs higher than the right at its highest voltage , any body know what they should be running at on tickover , I have had a dig around and I think it's supposed to be around 0.33volts is this correct ???

Also took it for a spin to see what the injector duty was at 14.5psi .....102% so have backed it off a little to 13.5% and will give it another run tomorrow

The actual voltage is fairly unimportant as long as it's either less than or greater than the switchover point of 0.5v. It's the change that matters, not the exact voltage. If they get 'lazy' then they tend to stick either high or low, which can cause the car to run rich/lean etc.

Your's are doing the same as mine baggins, I don't really notice any problems.

I have no problems car is running well but I was just a little unsure regarding the voltages

cheers for the info Andy :)

Read what it says when you do a O2 sensor test on the ECU Mode 2 I think it is. It says it should go from lean to rich 5 times in 10 seconds.

I know mine are fecked as the it only changes once every 10 seconds.
