My tyres are all wearing on the insides there making a sort of groove on the edge, does anyone know why this is, ive just replaced the tension rods and had it tracked, and everything else looks ok? (I have 18''s)

oh and while im at it does anyone know why when I go over a bump the front suspension knocks and creecks sometimes quite bad creeking as if something was dry and rubbing on something.

many thanks pals

Jim did they check the cambers ?

I think with 18's you need a camber correction kit to bring it back in spec.

cheers mate, no thay did'nt check the camber as I thought it isnt ajustable?

how much are the kits mate?

jim;)

Tracking on its own isnt enough - you need to have all 4 wheels aligned by a specialist - My fronts wore on the inside edge until I had mine done - you may find its the caster angle thats out as well.

caster isnt adjustable either (unless you have adjustable tension rods), & wont cause tyre wear anyway!
