Sadam has had to pull out of it since he doesnt have internet access in his cell. Gerdaffy will probably not bid any more since he has struck a decomissioning his weapons. Which means Bin Ladin has got it to himself.

    I think the first description is easily sufficient, it states twice that it's plates only.

     

    The seller probably added the second bit as a result of the high bids.

     

    I'm sure the winning bidder wont end up paying £700odd quid for them lol but it'd be good to see what happens :D
