I have a small problem. My accelerator has been sticking (which is pretty scary). After a closer inspection, it looks like the bar that runs across the engine at the front is catching on a rubber connector of somekind, which has popped out of it's holder. A friend of mine believes this to be some kind of air intake/escape. There are two of them. I will try and get a photo to show you. My question really is what can I seal it with? I have some rubber sealant for windscreens (and the inevitable leaky t-top) - would that do?
Also, when I turn the ignition on, the heater always comes on full blast, which it didn't used to do on my old 300. That's minor of course!
