Bought some ZYMOL CAR POLISH today - I was amazed at the results when I tried it out, awesome finish.

 

Anyone else use it?

Bought some of this myself a while back, shampoo and polish, not cheap stuff, I think it was about £7.00 each, very impressed with the results, and a nice smell too,lol.

Yeah I paid £11 for the polish!!! But it really is the best I've used so far.

I always used Autoglym until my boss brought some of that into work, i tried it on my trusty H reg Passat Estate:rolleyes: , and it was excellent so i now go round my bosses when i want the zed polished :rofl: :rofl:

 

Not that im a skin flint but it's only 5 miles there and back and it cost's about a tenner in fuel.:D

Can it be that much better than Autoglym?

It seems alot of the forum Zs get the Autoglym treatment.

yeah its really good stuff, better than autoglym thats for sure.

Its definitely better than Autoglym which I have used in the past.

Really, Autoglym guys try ZYMOL the best I have ever used. Amazing results!!!

Just wondering if the finish depends on the type of paint the Z is finished in. Is Jap spec different to uk ? Just a thought.

Doubt it. But mines a metallic finish so you'll always get a better looking finish. I also did a few panels on my wife's Supra which is black and the finished looked better than anything else I've tried.

I doubt there's any difference.

I also tried it on my wife's Supra, black - and it came out better than any other polish I've used on it!

I bought some of this yesterday and did a panel on the Z last night. I think its much better than Autoglym whcih I have used for years. The finish is superb and it seemed to take less effort too.

 

Dont use it if you dont like the smell of bananas though!

Bananas !!!!!!!!!!! Mine smells of coconut (the polish i mean)

I'll give it a go, but the key to a good finish with autoglym is preperation before and after polishing :)

I'll have to try it, but does it last as well as autoglym, one great thing about autoglym is that if you keep it out of the dust it keeps bright for ages and doesnt fade as some polishes do.

 

In my opinion it would be very hard to beat autoglym, but ill give it a go!
