even though i dont have a boost controller i would rather the greddy profec e-01 over the apexi avcr,

i speak from no experience

I suppose it depends on what you want. If you want one that looks fab then the greddy, if you want some funky features then get the blitz with the power id (just missed out on mine!!) i havnt had much experience on the apexi stuff but lots of people use it so it must be pretty good.

From my Zero Experience too ;) I have heard the e-01 is over complicated and missing some simple features.

For simplicity and price the Greddy Profec B Spec II takes some beating IMHO. They have two set of settings that you can toggle between.

You can get them from http://www.boost-solutions.com for about US$320. They have specials now and then and I got mine for US$299.

AVCR cos it looks pretty and I got it cheap. :)

Has a fair few features too, not that I've worked them out yet.

Greddy Profec B Spec II gets my vote too for the money. Its on my xmas list.

£275 from Chris @ GetGReddy. $300 from the states but plus shipping and tax don't forget.

Hks ev5 it has both the looks and the fetures even though it's bit expensive but u'll buy it once

Apexi AVC-R.

Even after being set on fire it still works.

Easy to set up and use.... what more do you want?

Nice one Jezz. Some good reports there.

For the money I'm gonna stick with the Greddy Profec B Spec II.

I got my Apexi on Chris Fosters GB for £240 so am more than happy to stick with that. :)

Quite good and well worth a read.

Makes for good reading Jezz

I have the Blitz SBC-ID and I would say the only problem is that no matter where you set the boost depending on weather and how hot the intercoolers are the boost does vary , and does not stay at a stable 15psi for example
