I have a N/A zx. Obviously im down a lot of power on the TTurbo boys. But i find that most cars kick my ass off the lights.

 

I love the car but speed wise it is pretty disapointing. Especially up against MR2 turbo's, supra N/A's, even some FTO's.

 

Are the twin turbo's that much faster ? Not in BHP terms but faster against other cars?

and sound better

and are 100 times more fun to drive!

Do you have a manual or auto ?

 

The manual NA is actually quicker off the line then a TT (...that is until the turbos kick in)

 

The weight of our cars and power at the rearwheels make it not very suitable for "trafficlight" racing...

The motorway is more Z32's territory...especially for the TT

raced two audi TiTs and an m3 last night

we were on that private road the m5

i was doing a oner and the three came up behind flashing there lights

so obviosley i pulled over and floored it

not one came buy tyey all seemed to fizz out at about 140

Are the turbos faster?

 

Oh yes, over a second of the 0-60 time and around 4 seconds of the 0-100

 

The TT really comes into its own when overtaking though.

 

From 40-100 nothing seems to get near it:dance:

Scuse me, you take a boring old 3 litre v6 and wallop acouple of turbos onto it.

No! they added the turbos because they had a job lot just lying around and thought that dumbo's like us would pay more for a slower car!
