Can anyone suggest why Chrissy P's Z might lose reverse gear and then 2 weeks later it's back with no problem? He drove the car hard and when he parked up he had no reverse gear and it was crunching when going into neutral. He didn't drive the car for nearly 2 weeks and when he tried it again, still the same thing. This morning he drove it down to my mechanics and when I drove it, everything was fine and back to normal:confused:

Has anyone got any ideas what might have happened? Is it worth trying a gearbox flush? He has not lost anyone fluid and the fluid in the car is dirty but not black but is probably the original fluid.

Cheers

Vijay
