I'm in contact with the supplier who offered to make me up indiglo gauges a while back and he has offered me a different style now. He can make up silver faced dials that light up 6 indiglo colours. I'm not sure on priceing yet but would anyone be interested in these?

At last! Was hoping someone would do a GB on these things! Mines a 95 Jap import TT.

 

Incidentally I think the converted speedo is reading approx 10mph under (i.e. when it reads 130 I am actually doing 140 :D). Any ideas???

... also are these the ones that caused a bit of a stir last time because they had iDials logo on the rev counter?

 

At risk of opening it up again ... will there be any graphics on these ones??

Hi Chris can you add a set of these to my shopping list as i have a 180mph british speedo.

I'd be interested if the price is right and they look good. Are they actual gauge faces or do they sit on top?

Any pics of these and approx how much?

I might be interested even though I have standard silver dials already.

I can get some pictures by next week but I'd like to see what Chris can come up with first before I go back to the suppliers in the States.

If we can get 10 people up for this we can have the dials at £65 each to members and £75 to non members. Very good excuse for non members to become members as really with the savings you are making, you'll get a membership for a tenner ;)

 

You can choose your face colour and backlight colour, but it would be helpfull if we could agree on 1 design to cut down waiting on 10 different designs.

 

These are the muts i'm getting a pic to follow so i'll post it up when i get it.

What about people with dodgy speedos (i.e. Me and i think B9rks) that have the speedos converyed buy just haveing the mph scale moved to the outer on a jap spec speedo? you know the onews that goto 115mph:confused:

Got a picture of the dials for you to take a look at :)

What is the installation like? Will the needles have to come off? The hole in the middle doesnt look big enough to be able to fit over the needle while it is in.

Yup it's a needle off job, as are most dials.

Most indiglow dials actually fit over the top of the old ones which makes it easier to install, but most end up causing the needle to stick because of the extra thickness.

Any pics of them lit up?

The ones I've looked into are a little different. The whole faces will light up and you can changes the face colours.

The whole face lights up on these, the pic i gave you was just an example off a Toyota. Personally dont see why you would want to change the colours. If you have a colour theme in the car IE the CD player light colour you would match it into that.

 

I'll sort out anyone who wants the dials i've shown so if you want a set please let me know :)

When you say any colour, do you mean if you get the order of 10 you can get some blue some red, or does it have to be 10 of each.

 

Have you told MAC I think he would want some all red.
