hi guys i took my car to the garage and had the problem with the back of the car shifting to one side when i went over a small hump any way it turned out to be the track rod arm that goes into the rear steering rack can any one tell me how to take one off and fitt a new one any help thanx..........as always

No idea on changing but here are the parts required compliments of MJP recently:

 

Inner rod end for HICAS £46.33 + VAT, in stock

Outer ball joint assy, HICAS £37.01 + VAT, in stock

Oil seal for above, if required £8.33 + VAT in stock

Carriage if required, £7.25 + VAT for up to 5 kilos.

 

You should do/will need a 4 wheel alignment after.
