gear not changing quick enough

hi guys i have a turbo auto zx and for some reason the gear changes fine from first to 2nd but is starting to take longer to get into 3rd but it does go in and the kick down work v good is my gearbox about to blow or what......

    get the fluid changed, and reset the ECU (disconnect the battery for an hour or 2)

    hi the flud is new and the gearbox has just been replaced still under garuantee ..... its just starting to take longer to change gears ......

    Can't swear to it but I think mine takes longer to change up in colder weather.

    mine's a new box too.
