hmm, GTO says to me fugly car with crap transmission which will blow up, just a matter of time.

I wouldn't normally bother visiting other forums to wind up the members, but since you asked nicely.......:D

Had a problem submitting reply though, ended up submitting it 3 times LOL:rofl:

pmsl... and ours dont?

err no, zed certainly aint fugly, and allthough the transmissions arent the most reliable they dont take the piss like the GTO's do.

Hi everyone, I've got to say that i love both cars :) their both great looking and in the real world roughly the same power and performance.

It was a very tough decision to make between the two, i test drove a few of each.......... one of the 300s i drove was mental, 80-130 mph was unbelievable due to the fact it was running 1.2 bar i think, but it did have a bit of a problem with traction in 1st and 2nd...... the only reason i didn't buy it was the bodywork wasn't all that :(

So at the end of the day with winter upon us and because it was the best example of both of the cars, i went with the fourwheel drive of the gto and im very pleased with it :)

To sum up both cars gain alot of respect on the roads and it is hard to pick between them so its down to personal preference or in my case whichever one came up first.

Fraid they were around in 1990/91 Mike lol

all joking aside, i really dont like the look of of the mitsu - i have always loved the look of the zed even as a kid.

and in all honesty if i could have got a zed with 4WD i probably would have.

i want to like the GTO - i just cant

Regards,

Alex

p.s. i also like the gearbox on the supra, so if you wouldnt mind could i have please

a 450 hp zed

with 4 WD

a 6 sp manual gearbox

that weights about 1000 kg

Thank you santa

Regards,

Alex

I think that a joint meet is a great idea.. :D :D :D

Anyone up for the Pod? (yes Adam, Pete and Scoops - I'm talking to you guys!) or would we prefer a more leisurely, social sort of meet?

I'll stick a poll up in Events and Meetings to see what sort of interest there is...

Funny how those of us who are at the pod a lot rarely see any GTO's runnning, considering all the "slips count" boll0cks they're comin up with...... I never had a problem with GTO's before, but I'll be fooked if we're gonna back down to this boll0cks selection of p1sspots:mad:

Bring it on!:D :D
