Just so i don't get a shock i've done 50k now and hear a very slight wuuuring when i'm out of gear and let the clutch out,it goes when i depress it!

First thing is obvious never run out of gear........second how much is a new clutch fitted?

Last could the irritating clicking be the clutch springs making a noise, they only seem to start when the car is warm????

Probably the release bearing (which you do get with a clutch kit). It isnt unusual for a bit of whirring from them and wont do any harm, it could stay like that for another 20k and not get any worse. Not worth changing unless your clutch is gone as well.
