I plan on trying to change my O2 sensors this weekend, will i need to buy a special tool, basically a socket with a hole in the side and is the actual socket size 22mm?

Anyone know where to get one or will i be able to find the right kind of thing in normal tool shops?

Cheers

the Snap on socket tool is a bit week if your old sensor is in tight. I know someone who bought one and when he went to remove the O2 sensor the split in the side of the socket would open up and let the socket spin round the sensor:rolleyes:

I found this too... resorted to a good old hammer and chisel to slowly free them!!

Rumour has it that a standard plumbers tap spanner will do the job,, about a tenner in b&q
