A member of staff here at he uni has just contacted me about this...

I have edited the link to make it inert, but it did used to go to an exact copy of Natwest's site.

This is done for your protection --- because some of

Scary stuff :(

Although I do hope people would have the common sense not to reply to any in coming e-mail requesting there bank or any other information

you would have thought so yeah, but the web site is very fecking convincing indeed.

 Its scary that there are people out there designing fake websites etc to scam the public out of money 24/7 :(

I have had a similar thing from e-bay, it looks very official but it asks you for your credit card details which e-bay never do.

So beware

Paul

I think it's down to common sense really. Most people know that banks etc. will never ask for PIN numbers or paswords etc.

;)

Sad thing is some people really are thick as shit though.

Infact quite a lot of people. :D

Yes you're right, some people are too stupid to be allowed to have money!

But then again, there are plenty of Canmen out there constantly thinking up new ways to catch you out. Best way is never to spend any, never go on line and never answer the telephone!
