Power Stearing Pump????

Hi all, another problem has come up now, whining noise coming from left of engine, think it is power stearing pump cos every now and then the stearing goes stiff and Hicas light comes on now and again altho fluid is ok.

 

Anyone know best and cheapest place to get a new cheap or secondhand one?

    check that the drive belt is tight and in good condition, sometimes it can be the belt whining.

    They are ok, deffo seems 2 be a bearing type noise, just hope its not what the other chap has posted about his air con prob.
