...many thanks for the info re running rich - I did as you recommended and the MOT went perfect. HC recorded 297, CO 1.77, CO2 13.8, o2 0.03 and 0.94 on the lambda. Both banks of cylinders recorded very similar readings.

 

As mentioned earlier, that's without the AIVs.
