Hi Ben, this much depends on the make of BOV and where you want to fit them. If it's in place of the Re-circs then no specific kit required, if it's in the engine bay on the outer 2 pipes, then best having hard pipes made up with flanges on to suit, Blitz or HKS are easy enough to do, Turbo XS can be a barstard to do cos they are quite large, so again no universal kit as such cos the Zed has bog all that can be classed as universal :D

Oh average price on making outer pipes up to suit in stainless is about 140 quid the pair complete with silicone sleeves and hose bands, which i can do if need be.

cheers

Can you have BOV's mounted in two different places then???

I thought they were supposed to go on the turbo inlet allowing excess pressure to escape through them instead of stressing the bearings of the turbos...

By replacing the recircs (a value on the pipe I take it?) I could cut the pipe around the re-circs, use a rubber T-piece with the BOV attached to the outlet, to connect the pipes back together???

I think i'm getting confused here!!

Cheers

theoratically it's best to mount the BOV's as close to the throttlebodies as possible...so that's why a lot of companies sell them as hardpipe combos.

It's ok to mount BOV's at the location where the recircs are, but you don't have much room there, especially on UK/EURO cars (bigger oilcooler is in the way)
