Anyone ever bought anything off of them.

I'm not looking for stories or links to TT net. I'm just interested if anyone here in person has had any dealings with them.

 

Just wondering as they have had over £750 of mine for almost 5 months now and I keep getting fob stories, the last I heard was a month ago when I was told it is in the UK and has been with customs for 2 weeks.

 

I've had enough now as their e-mail no longer works and their phone mail box is always full, so I'm going to contact my credit card comapny and get them to get my money back (which I have been paying interest on for the last 5 months FFS, which has cost me another £60 in interest alone :mad:

I would hurry up and get on to your C/C company soon as. I had a problem with an international order and Mastercard would only look at purchases that are less than 3 months old (for international). Mine went for more than that but they still refunded my money as they took it as 3 months from the last email.

you've been more than patient with them, i know this isnt the point of your post, but get your cash back,

I'd add their name to the "named and shamed" list that doesn't exist, and may never.

Shit this is a real shame as I thought these guys have always produced quality items. Sounds like a f***ing piss take Stu, can't see what more you can do :(

I've dealt with Steve from ZtoyZ and spoken to him several times in the past. I spent $3500 with him and while things did take a little longer than expected, there were no problems.

 

5months seems excessive but I would say that you will get your order but you need to chase him up frequently.

 

It would be a shame for ZtoyZ to receive some bad publicity over this problem because I know his products are very good quality.

 

I know he reads & posts on the forums so maybe remind him of the posts he made on this site E:slap:

Well I really do want the interior kit I ordered but it's been almost 5 months since ordering and almost a month since I spoke to him last on e-mail and I have not received anything since then. The last I heard he said he would check with Customs to see what was going on and get back to me tomorrow - that was on the 20th August. Since then the e-mails I send are being returned and the web site says that there is a problem with their pop server so no e-mails can be received. I have also tried to phone him several times, the old number no longer works and the new number has a constantly full mail box, so there doesn't seem to be any way I can get in contact with him.

 

So Steve(ZTOYZ) if you are reading this, please contact me in the next few days or I will have to cancel my order and look else where for my interior.

I did have similar probs, but did eventually get my trim kit. The items are good quality but they did take about a 9 months to recieve them and only after ALOT of chasing up and problems with customs like you:rolleyes: yeah right. As soon as I meantioned the cc company magically they did appear though so you might think about it.;)

9 months FFS !!!!!.

 

So I have another 4 to go. erm well by that time the interest would have cost me close to £130 I'm going to give it till the end of next week and then i he doesn't get in touch with me then the CC company will be instructed to go get my money back.

I assume you know about the trouble he is in over in the States as well. There is a lot more than you in this situation. Get your CC company to sort it you can always get a leather kit from somewhere else.
