Not on BT Broadband are you by any chance. Notice that it's been shot to pieces today, as has their mail system this evening. frown.gif

BT feckin' rubber band more like.

IE: you wind up the rubber band around a crude pulley system and let go. The kinetic energy produced is then used to power a simple steam pump which in turn powers my local loop.

They call it ' fif-tee - sicks - kay '

I prefered the carrier pigeon method myself, far more reliable.
