I was driving through the village in which I live when I noticed a Ferrari 360 waiting to pull out of a junction. He was indicating to go in the opposite direction to me, but when I passed he followed me. As soon as I reached the national speed limits, I booted it! I couldn't shake him though but then again, he had an extra 100BHP!

I turned up another road & he continued to follow me, so I floored it again burning cars off for fun, about 14 from what I can remember!

 

Although he was keeping up with me, he obviously didn't feel he had enough power or lacked the balls pass me. On one long straight I booted it up to about 115mph, if he was going to pass he could have done it there but he didn't. Anyway, about 8 miles later I'd reached my destination, so I turned off the road & to be fair he gave me a wave in acknowledgement.

 

I thought that given the power difference I did quite well there, lol

I went past one of them last night on the M5, nice. :)

 

1 BSD was the plate reg on it.

saw a DeLorean in Heswall, Wirral the other night (very low to the ground they are - quite impressive). Quite rare methinks. Also saw a red Corvette - really gorgeous to behold. Gotta be the best lookin' car ever in my eyes ;) Wouldn't like to buy parts from USA for one though, or fill it with petrol :rolleyes:

Found it wasn't much quicker in a straight line when I raced one.

Round the corners was a different story though.

I was pretty much on the ragged edge and it must have carried 20-30mph more through some bends. Guess that's where the extra £80k goes ..
