Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a couple of things for me...?

1. What gauges should I get, oil temp, boost, water temp, etc...

2. Where can I get a hose set from? Samco (something like that).

3. a) Is it as essential, as it seems, to have a seperate oil cooler for my auto gearbox?

b) How do I sort this out as I have a UK car, isn't this cooler intergrated into the main rad?

Although I have posted this question on the oil cooler before and I know I can search for bits of information on it (although it isn't that clear to me... Am I being thick :slap:  ) I don't feel it was answered fully...

Now I own such a great car, I want to keep that way...

All help appreciated...

Ben

1) If you are getting 3 gauges, the most common ones are Boost, Water Temp and Oil pressure. If you are getting 2 I suggeste Boost and Oil pressure.

3)a) The Autoboxes do tend to last longer with oil coolers on.

3)b) I think the UK one has an AutoBox oil cooler, but I may be wrong. I know the UK Manual has an oil cooler at the back of the car.

Cheers Stuart,

Helpful as always... If you carry on like this I'll owe you a :duffer:.... :D

Just an additional question, do you know where I can get a pod panel for some 52mm gauges? I think I'm going to buy some through Jeff...

Cheers

smithy does hose kits - see him in the traders section, i think he still does autometer gauges too. got mine from him a while back. nice gauges & not too expensive IMO :)

Pillar pods I think Smithy can get them or the Zcentre.

The Din pod I have in the centre I got from

Its about half way down the list. It needs a little fileing down to make it fit, but not much

The pod for the a pillar you can get from the Z centre.

Guages tons around. I recently got from PTS in Luton, they know about Zeds which makes life easier.

Geoff.
