I may have mentioned a chap near me that is a coach trimmer. I finally took the plunge to fix the wear on my grey velour seats. The support on the drivers side looks like a dog took a chunk out of it.

 

He quoted £120 to recover the support panels on each seat. 8 sections of leather but wasn't sure it would look right. In the end I took the plunge and I'm having both seats recovered in black leather for £800.

 

I'll keep you posted on results (goes in tomorrow)

 

Details, pictures etc to follow if I'm happy with the job.

 

He has done a complete 300ZX interior before but he said he wasn't happy with it, although the owner of the zed was. If the seats look OK I may get the rest done.

im glad im not the only one, mine are also being done at the moment pasenger seat first, mrs can really say she is a back seat driver now......

Only one problem - they're for LHD cars..

 

Do the seats fit OK from those kits?
