I know its been asked before & I will get called thick to put it mildly!

So can I just simply buy and replace my 55 Watt bulbs to 100 Watts without blowing anything up or burning any wires out!!

And if its that simple why the Fxxx dont they fit them in the first place?

I have fitted these and they do the job quite nicely. Not too cheap though, I paid £25 each.

Yeah there's a couple of new ranges come out that are 50% extra bright for the same wattage.

I have 35% brighter in mine and they do make a big difference.

 

If you just put 100W bulbs in they overheat and you'll be lucky to get a weeks use out of them - I've tried!

The wiring seems OK but they just get too hot in the housing and the filament burns out.

Those bulbs, from PIAA, do they fit the Jap spec cars, or do you have to do the mods to the terminals ?

Theyey should fit the jap spec, because UK lights have plain H3 fitment bulbs, not H3C.

 

By the way, I'm another fan of Chris's sig:p
