Wierd noise inside car

When my car is ideling or driving for that matter, on the passenger side of the car i now have a funny type of humming noise

anyone have an idea?

 

Had car boosting tonight to 13 psi, and all i can say is wow, when my car gets to around 6000rpm it pulls to 7300rpm like a macine posessed..

kust thaught id tell anyone remotly interested

    im not sure but the noise is definatly commign from the passenger door, almost like near the doorhandle, armrest
