christ, how many miles you put on those? Didnt you have new tubs on when you bought it?

Its easier to explain to a woman when the parts you are replacing are broken. They dont understand that you want to change your turbos but your other ones are working fine.

 

The conversation will go a little like:

 

MAC: Im getting new turbos, its gonna cost £1,000 (You never tell the other half the REAL cost).

 

Mrs MAC: Why do you need them? Are the ones you have broke?

 

MAC: No.

 

Mrs MAC: So why do you need them? Whats wrong with the ones you have now.

 

MAC: Nothing.

 

Mrs MAC: Well you are not having them. Go to your room, no sex for you for a month.

 

 

 

Its easier when the ones you have are broken.

40K nothing wrong with the tubs,they spool up and work real well,I just cant live with smokey idle:(

 

A fast fix would be to renew the rear seal,can't be arssed with that,I need monster tubs:dance:

Gees, must confess not many guys would be happy with buying and fitting another set of tubs after 2 years, but if yer timings right for the rebuild, then not so bad i guess.
