Hose Ends FFS

I have contacted lots of people but as yet no joy .. what a suprise!

Anyone know where I can get rubber hose ends from? .. I need to block off two hoses? I don't know the exact diameter, probably 1".

There must be someone who manufactures bloody hose ends somewhere surely.

Thanks

Chris

why noy get a small piece of 22mm copper pipe and a solder on blank, solder the blank to the copper then insert up the hose and secure with jubilee clip

Yea .. thats sounds good .... I can certainly do that without any problems.

Just thought you may be able to buy hose ends somewhere ..

im sure you can buy plastic dowling from b+q. i think you have to buy a metre length. just cut an inch off and insert in pipe and seal with jubilee clip. it must look more professional than having pieces of copper pipe wedged in there.

not if the end is flush with the pipe, anyway application would dictate the material, is it for water or vac, is it next to a very hot area or not, etc. plastics are tricky to say the least.
