Bob,

I sent you an email a couple of days ago, about Clifford alarms (in reply to your post on my other thread).. Apologies if I'm just being impatient smile.gif I should be picking the car up in a couple of weeks at a guess, and I need to make arrangements to get an alarm fitted PDQ after I get the car (i.e. before some thieving scum nick the car, while I have a non-existant alarm declared on my insurance!)..

Cheers smile.gif

Hi, sorry been a bit busy, depends what you want to go for, personally i`d recommend Toad Ai606. I can come to you and fit it or you can come to me. If you want me to drive down to you just add the cost of diesel and i`ll come down, alarm is £280.00 job lot.

Let me know.

Bob - sorry for being impatient smile.gif How busy are you? (and how many MPG do you get? wink.gif - and BTW, I'm in Slough, some 200 miles from you )

What I'm after is this;

Total closure (central locking, windows, and fold in mirrors)

Microwave sensors, so alarm can be armed with targa's off

Remote engine start/stop (does the Toad do that?)

Oh and it needs to either have a turbo timer itself, or work with one (Blitz for example)

And any other trick features that are available wink.gif

Do any alarms have problems working alongside trackers BTW? (In fact, are you able to supply/fit trackers too?)

Oh and will I get a nice Thatcham certificate (that the insurance companies are oh so picky about wink.gif )?

I'll go with whatever you reccommend that can do all that - after all, you are the expert smile.gif

Thanks for your help, and time smile.gif
