I'll be putting om my 99 front soon and was thinking of smoothing out the far left and right 'line'.......

I like the smoothed too! Kinda gives a nice rounded modern look to the front end. Personal opinion really though, isn't it!!

Exactly, everyone is different. I'm just trying to get mine kinda smooth and clean as poss. Stripping the rear wiper started it all really.......:D

Noprob on the pic james,and i know am a bit late answering this, but i think that will be a load of work to smooth that out, it is a bend in the plastic, not a thicker peice, so to smooth it out will mean rebuilding the bottom edge or filling the ridge,, doesnt look bad though.

Something else to think about would be to loose the ridge in the middle as well !.
