Let me know when as I need to sort out my discs ASAP.

Seez Ya!

Simon H

Oh and the guy says he will get the torque settings ofr us for bolting the wheels/disc on

common people this is an awsome deal.

I remember some posts about these but I forgot the details.

The rear discs, are they the drum ones as well? If not what happens to the handbrake?

When are you looking to get these?

Stuart.

Sorry mate,

Don't wanna piss on the preverbial bonfire but have just puchased...

4 x Brembo vented cast discs drilled by Stillen

4 x Goodridge Stainless brake pipe/tubey type thingy's

3 x Bottle Motul brake fluid

Axxis Metal Masters of the Universe pads front & rear

For the princely sum of...

Drum roll...

£497 GBP(at todays X-change rate!)

$700 including shipping...Phuong the diamond...

Better that...

Tim

;-)

HMMMMM Timmy hows your math m8t?

This kit is the same less the brake fluid and steel lines, for 350.00squid versus 497.00..lol, therefore making it cheaper.

plus only 4 days for delivery from order.

4x Brembo castings aswell, and greenstuff pads.

my opinion is it is cheaper. plus not vat to pay ontop of your purchase and no delivery fees.

Show me when you get 'em! LOL!

Tim

;-)

P.S. That price of 497 is inclusive of shipping so still cheaper mate! LMAO!

Is this offer still open?

Is the 350 inc VAT and P&P?

If its gone cold on the Aussi disks I think that this sounds like a good bet.

Are they really that good?

Tim

Tim m8, between you and me..

whether you get discs from brembo, nissan, EBC or whatever or whether they are drilled, slotted or both ...they will be exactly the same size as the stock discs.

The braking isn't going to improve from just discs that are the exact same size as stock discs.

It's the better brakepads and stainless steel brakelines that will make the most difference.

ofcourse the right combo wil do the trick as well..

If you want a REAL BIG difference from stock braking, you'll have to go for larger discs + calipers

Timmy Turbo's setup includes the stainless steel brake lines and DOT 4 Motul 600 brake fluid, which is about £197. Add that to the £350 and you get £547

Timmy Turbo: 1

300z: 0

lol

From my experience, the pads, lines and fluid make the difference in braking. The rotors themselves, for street use, are for mainly looks because the driver will never really fully utilize their capability (unless you guys drive like maniacs in the UK :P)

Phuong - yeah.. We do all drive like maniacs in the UK wink.gif

I've been through three sets of rotors on my Renault in a year.. And no, the calipers aren't binding... (that's one set of standard plain discs, one set of EBC discs, and one set of TarOx G88 discs.. in 10k!)

It seems I have this habit of melting brakes smile.gif

Ha haaa, Phuong the 300Z forum Terminator...LMFAO!

Funny, Warren's gone very quiet all of a sudden! I know a good deal when I see one mate, if I wanted to get ripped off in the UK I wouldn't be going to all the trouble of getting stuff shipped from over the pond in the 1st place!

Eric, you're right mate...I'm not prepping my car for full on power and serious track days or anything...hell...car will be a weekend motor and probably get polished and cleaned more than any other Z in the UK! LOL!

So not really that bothered about full on braking performance, I was thinking about Skylark calipers and monty rotors etc. But what do I reallisticly need all that malarky for! Already got my entire wishlist well and truly mapped out for my car, once it's all in place I will cherish and love my Z forever...LOL!

Hmm lol i think im just going to quit posting on this forum.

Phuong i think you can get a steel braided kit over here for about £30.00 and brake fluid is about 6 squid in the garages.

lol im just posting what 3g brakes asked me to.

no competition or anything, i dont make anything out of this deal.

freedom of choice seesm to be a problem on this forum lol, you tell your side and get a thousand people telling you thats wrong he he he

Oh WaZZa, you are the Gold Top mate,

I luv you for what you are! Look mate, no one is tryin' to out do anyone else...your deal is tops fella! I'm not really arsed at all as to how cheap you can get it! LOL!

I offered to pick up the kit from the airport for you matey if you wanted! I am the most nicest guy on the planet when it comes to doing people favourZ!

Your deal is a good one! I hereby sanction WarrenZ deal all that are interested, but me and Phuey have past business and I know that he doesn't f**k about!!! When he says he'll get you a deal he delivers...Techtom and ASP underdrive pulley are testament to that!

More a case of reliability and trust than who can provide the best deal mate!

Mr. Lymon...cheerZ for the you know what mate, it's excellent, only loaded it up tonight....I owe you more than a few beerZ methinks...can't wait to meet the ULTIMATE Z GURU from the EU! LOL!

Timmy

With the plan to hit the Nurburgring soon...

I need brakes, Warren let me know when you're placing the order, expected delivery and how you want the money.

Had it upto 150 the other evening, it would be reassuring to know that I could stop, or at least slow down :-)
