Just got my TT and I want to replace the stock Air filters. I have done some reasearch and I would like a JWT pop or a K&N pop.

Found some british companies but they want silly money for these. Any suggestions for place of purchase?.

I hate to self-advertise in this part of the forum but as nobody else has directed this chap in our direction ... here goes:

Check out dta-motorsport.co.uk in the trader section. We do Apexi PowerFlow pop intakes (better than JWT and K&N) for £120. Organising a group buy within the next week - £100 each plus postage. If interested e-mail me at info@dta-motorsport.co.uk

Twin stainless pop from Smithy, great bit of kit,the dogs:D

how much are smithy's dual pop filters?

On the other hand, I found this comment:

The more air you can get into the engine, the more potential horsepower to be gained, just like being able to flow more air on the exhaust side. But only to a point, Jim Wolf says the twin POP really isn't very beneficial until the engine is producing more than 600hp (flywheel) to take advantage of the extra airflow.

So maybe the Apexi kit is well adequate.

Thanks for all your replies and comments. First post on here and I am impressed by the ammount of responses.

Thanks Guys and Gals.
