Anyway, he was asking about auto manual conversions, and as he has similar mods to me I took hime for a spin for comparison.

 

Obviously I know feck all about the conversion itself though.:p

So if he's got roughtly the same set up, what does he think of the old manwell ?

I'll let Jaz answer, but I think he was more than surprised. Went out in his too, feels roughly as quick but much smoother.

 

Don't get that kick in the back from the turbo's which is a real shame.

yup, found myself a nice little corner to come flying out of sideways :D

getting more confident with the car too. Also finding I'm loosing traction at the top end of first going in a straight line if the road isn't perfect. All good fun though!

ok fk all this gay stuff! but i was shocked to find the difference between manwell and auto's...unless my motors shagged, which it cant be cos it feels the same even after a new engine & gbox transplant!, the mans have alot more poke!(calm down stu:p )....
