Turbo by pass hoses (help)

Is there any1 on here who has had these replaced at the rear of the engine bay without having to take the engine out coz from what iv seen its so tight between the engine and the bay.

Itz virtually impossible to access them.

Iv ordered a full 17 hose kit from courtesy and my mechanic is dreading the job as he goes its a nightmare to do it.

Also theres a little hose between the gearbox which is impossible to do without the gearbox coming off he goes.

Any solutions will be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean the wastegate control hoses?

I managed to change mine once from underneath the car and a small pair of hands would have been helpful.

I would say that it's more hassle than it's worth to try and connect directly to the wastegate with the engine in but if your really bothered then you can cut the old ones as far as you can reach and connect the new hoses at that point.
