My bumper is f**ked. My house is surrounded by viscious speed bumps and has ripped the underneath of the bumper off!(see rides).What would be the best bumper, that looks like scarab or stillen one, but isn't fiber glass and can bend a bit?

I think the only option in uerathane is either the Stillen or a 99 spec, everythink else is fibreglass.

I think Wings West is available in urethane now.

if i was you i'd claim off the council, i have been told in the past that if they rip your exhaust off, you can claim, gotta be worth a go.

urethane or not, it will still scrape the paint off like in your rides pic.

i'm not to bothered about the paint:( its just the fact its pretty much distroyed the undertray/sump guard bit.

Those morecambe speed bumps are a pain in the ass.

 

I'm the one who you kindly did a ECU test for in the black Zed.

 

The front bumper on that was a wings west and it hit everything, that's one of the reasons i got rid of it, still miss her though.

 

Get my new one next weekend so we will have to meet up sometime next weekend and i'll show her to you, the car that is.

Well the one you have at the moment is also urathene is it not ?

But your car does look nice and if you want to use that as an excuse to the missus so you can get a new bumper, then I'm with ya all the way ;).

 

One thing thogh, both the stillen and the wings west hang a little lower than stock (including '99 spec). So you may have to find another road to drive home.
