....that is the question."

My Zed will be 11 next month - should I give her a 'T' party?

Any strong views?

Not T cut, but get some autogylm paint renovator, I spent a good 90 minutes with this on my car last week and it took discoloutaration out of the bonnet and rear bumper.

I cant recommend it enough, it just ripped dirt and scratches out of the paintwork like nothing ive seen before.

IT may depend upon what type of paint you have. The metallic/pearls will have a lacquer that may be removed by the T-Cut. If you have a non-metallic then you may be OK if used gently. Bottom line is that T-Cut removes the top layer of paint - you don't wanna do that too many times !

Amnd you should put anything like t-cut/autoglym on with a damp cloth, if you put it on with a dry cloth it is too harsh by far

yuh and its one of those things you don't do every week, I don't plan to ever do mine again. After you have used the autoglym (which isnt as harsh as t-cut) then put a few layers of polish on and a layer of auto gloss protection. If you was and polish every 2 weeks that should be enough to protect your paintwork.

T-Cut a no no,get some Finesse-It,theres a post on it i put up some where:D

I wouldn't use T-Cut on metallics etc. but on Monday I used it to take some old marks etc. out of the bonnet and roof of my wife's new Supra. The paint work on the bonnet came out like new (it did take a few hours mind you), and improved the roof as well. I then gave it a good waxing. Looked great! (Even though it's only a Supra!) - my wife just walked in and she's not too impressed with my last comments.

Ive used Mer polish which came to me highly recommended.

It is expensive not sure about cost or how it compares to autoglym. I would not use T cut!
