Dodgy Dealer Alert! Possibly Veilside bloke from Leeds?

Hey guys... Doing a bit of research for a guy from the GTO-OC... It seems like some of thier members have been ripped off by a guy from leeds... Sounds familliar? The Names seem to ring a bell also... They are getting the police involved so any info is appreciated...
