Love it! Bloody Terry's using computer type things...Oiiii, leave it alone if you don't know what you're doing. Get a Stylophone from Rolf instead! biggrin.gif

mm-hmm...I did 7 years penance in 2nd line support. The things I heard....for instance - did you know that printers can up and move themselves while Users are at lunch? Apparently so, or at least, so one Abuser was trying to tell me. This particular HP was intelligent enough to unplug itself, hop off the table to underneath and plug itself back in, all while no one was looking..... biggrin.gif

Oh and the obvious "Have you re-booted" question always, ALWAYS answered with "Oh yes!" Uh-Kay...

- "Have you danced the fandango around your PC while chanting Pink Elephants in the Air and wearing a satin tutu?"

- "Of course! First thing I tried!"

- "Riiiighht....re-boot again for me while I'm on the phone, why don't you."

Heres a good one, we just got £1600 worth of IBM Thinkpad back from a District Manager. No big deal there, except she sent it in a Jiffy bag.....lets just say that the screen will never be the same again - totally knackered. The prat. She said 'But you just told me to freight it back to you'....yeah - you just see how fast you get a replacement.
