Wicked day as last year, sun was out although a bit tempremental at times.

Thanks to John, paulc, andrewg and jay300zx for the convoy up from toddington, its turning into a tradition now, macca for sorting my clear side repeaters for me and everyone else i chatted to.

It was a much better event this year with a lot more trade stands and some awesome cars. Smw1's car(s) is(are) looking awesome as is maccas new engine bay.

Sorry to duffman for not recognising him but you shouldn't have covered up your baldness ;) I would have liked to have talked longer but I was dead on my feet.

Next year I will probably go for the weekend with a stint down on the sunday to toddington to join the usual suspects in our billing run ;)

Video and pictures will follow later.

was a great day, shame i missed the night before cos that sounded like fun :) John Boy really looked like he was on another planet most of the day - must have been good :D :D

oh - & dont start on JWT chips/teapots ;) :D

Ditto really .. what a superb weekend, although as Paul rightly points out, most of Sunday was a little *painful* :O Don't worry though mate, I'm much better now .. back on the Stella ;) (Didn't stay tea-total for long!! )

I agree that the 3 PPS cars really made an excellent centre piece on Saturday, they all looked superb - Stu, Mac, Martin - jealousy was high on the agenda, and the call to Peter's gonna be made this week for sure!

Good to meet everyone that I managed to - even got the sign-off from Mrs John-Boy for the return visit :D - Wonders never cease.

I'll echo my posting on zclub.net and say thanks to Steve Burns and the other organisers for providing such a tremendous show-case for Japanese motors - obvioulsy the Z32s were the best, but then that was never in doubt, surely!

CheerZ,

JB.

A cracking weekend; was good to see some new faces (SMW1, Martin, TanZX, PaulC etc) and the "usual suspects" (you know who you are) - at least the rain didn't dampen our spirits ;)

Was gutted not to find the Grasshopper tent on Sat night- and it's £200 stash of best steak :( but by that time, I had sunk enough 1664 to not remember how to eat

Is it really 12 months 'til the next one? :(

I may have failed to get you to the GPS tent on time for steak but we did find another party didnt we :D:D:D

Paul

Just have to say.

Shaaaaamoooo mutha fooker.. Heee Heeeehh.

My Ribs and cheeks have never ached so much as when we (Myself, Cerina, John, Susie, Mark - topless) were waiting for the cab on saturday night.

We also got lost on the way to the GPS tent on Saturday night. but after a phone call Mark (topless) who confirmed he was in a field somewhere and another call to ChrisC who confirmed that Jonny had apparrently gone home, we headed off and found Mark wandering in the wilderness :D.

Thanks to everyone for welcoming myself and the missus, we felt very comfortable with you all and you are a great bunch.

I'm still trying to work out who the guy was the was having problem standing up on Saturday night and then decided he better introduced himself to us by tuning round, sticking out his hand and shouting "BWAAAHEEEFFFAAAHHH". If you are reading his make yourself know, because you may not remeber us, but you certainly made us laugh :D

Had a great time, spent most of sunday asleep in tent tho, im the only person who can sleep through reving engines and loud music.

Gimme 10 mins and we'll have some pics!

Sorry I can't wait that long :D

SSSSSHHHHAAAAAMMMoooooo MUUTTTHHHAA ***********

I was nearly wetting myself laughing waiting for the that cab!

Great to meet you all guys, I think next year will be proper BO!

I think this was the best Zed meet I had been to so far, some great cars there and great people!

I am still smiling about the Billing weekend even though it is a back to normal life now.

Just to say thank you to everyone for making me feel welcome at my first Billing. There were lots of great cars there but I have never been prouder to own a zed.

All I wish is that I could have spoke to everyone properly but I was so jaw-dropped by how huge the event was.

For those who are not familiar with my forum name (since I have been too shy to post messages) I was the one cleaning & polishing my zed for hours. (Blue 2+0, SMW1's missus)

You guys are greeeeeeat !!! :D :D :D

I had a great Saturday afternoon, but I just wish my soddin' car could've been there! Time seemed to fly by way too fast... hardly anyone got one of my super-chilled beers (the last one still caked in ice) - 20 of them got sunk a bit too fast. I didn't match up anywhere near as many cars to faces unfortunately. I missed the flippin' fireworks - blaggin a lift from Pete (SE) seemed like a good idea at the time (and wasn't that bad an idea ultimately).

Still... good to meet up with those few people I know, and have a semi-drunken chat with some others. Hope I didn't make too much of a nob of myself! Macca - lovely looking engine bay ;) Everyone else, some top looking motors... and a good collection in one place.

Well this was my first Billing

hello to everyone who I met Friday, Sat and Sun, good to finally meet you all at last:D

I had a lovely time, was a tad tipsy heheehe on both nights

You mean you stood laughing at Cos's erection problems.

Billing was great and it was the lads in the hot hatch types like civics that really made it. It was the first time I had seen a loud stereo and they had these new inventions called subs that were really loud and everyone looked and thought it was great. And they had this new trick that was wild, I didnt know how they did it but I have later found out its called the rev limiter, you just sit and keep your pedal pressed to the floor and it makes the engine sound great and everyone looks and thinks your cool.

Oh I love it :D

Paul

Had a fantastic weekend, nice to meet a lot of new faces too;)

Oh and a big thanks to Cos for a real cool vid;) come on baby light my fire:D:D:D

Top day on Sat'day. Nice to put some faces to people I see on here regularly. Sorry to those people that I probably walked straight past not knowing who you were ;)

Next year we should have some form of marque as a focal point and some form of identifying who the hell we all are!

Excellent day out though and so nice to see nearly 40 300's all together at once.
