Evening insomniacs ;)

 

Fitted my new rad today - yay!! I shall go to the ball...err...Billing :cool; :D

 

I went out for a spin to make sure everything is okay, and to fill up with Optimax. Halfway there it starts raining - no problem I thought, flicking the wipers on - but nothing :eek:

 

Then I remembered the wiper arms are in my shed drying after i resprayed them the other day! :eek: :D. Looking good incidentally... ;)

 

Luckily the rain was only a quick spattering so I got home ok, phew! ;) And no water leaks!!!! Get in!! :D:D

LOL, i respayed mine a few weks ago, fortunately the weather was better, but i drove around for 2 days with no wipers!!!

Oh, oh, I need to do this as my wipers look sheeee-ite.

CAn you recommend a good paint to do 'em???

I used Plasticote from Halfords. They do matt or gloss and it's good stuff.

Mine also moves around since the new interior was fitted and I haven't got round to looking under it to see what's the matter.

 

I wish my steering column could be lifted though - since I got a smaller steering wheel I can't see the top of the speedo or rev counter, or indicator flasher.
