Aye. I eventually caught 'em on the phone 8:30 one Friday morning, and he was very helpful indeed. As it turns out I've fixed it meself, but I'll certainly take it there next time I need something significant. Just keep trying!

Keep it on re-dial .. that's the only way! ;)

 

If you hear the "Call waiting" thing, hang-up and try again. I've always managed to get there in the end, but sometimes it does take a *while*.

 

Haven't tried e-mail .. you need to speak to someone.

You've tried the workshop number aswell?
